Limited Warranty

Sarvicus provides the following limited warranty for physical installations and related components:

  1. One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
    Sarvicus warrants that all physical installations, including cabling and the installation of components, will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of One (2) years from the date of completion. This warranty covers labor and services performed by Sarvicus technicians.
  2. Twenty-Five-Year Warranty on Cabling
    Sarvicus warrants that all cabling installed by Sarvicus will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of installation. This warranty applies solely to the cabling itself and does not extend to connected components or devices.
  3. Manufacturer Warranties
    Warranties on individual components, equipment, or materials provided by manufacturers vary. Sarvicus will pass through applicable manufacturer warranties to the customer as provided by the original manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for specific terms, conditions, and durations.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must notify Sarvicus Support immediately upon discovering an issue. Notification should be submitted as soon as the problem is identified, providing detailed information about the nature of the defect or failure. Failure to promptly notify Sarvicus Support may result in denial of the warranty claim.

Limitations and Exclusions

This limited warranty is subject to the following conditions and exclusions. The warranty may be voided if:

  • Modifications, repairs, or alterations are made to the installation or cabling by another vendor, contractor, or the customer without prior written authorization from Sarvicus.
  • The installation or cabling is subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling, including but not limited to exposure to excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or physical damage caused by the customer or third parties.
  • The system is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or manufacturer specifications.
  • Damage occurs due to acts of nature, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, or other uncontrollable events.
  • Failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures as outlined in Sarvicus or manufacturer documentation.
  • Unauthorized removal, relocation, or tampering with the installed components or cabling occurs.

Additional Terms

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer. Sarvicus reserves the right to inspect any reported issues to determine eligibility for warranty coverage. Remedies under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of defective components or workmanship, at Sarvicus’s discretion. Sarvicus shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the installation or cabling.
