Sarvicus announced intent to acquire I&S Utilities and GJ Lines. With a growing demand for quality, cost efficient utilities services in the South East Texas area, Sarvicus, I&S Utilities, and GJ Lines approved the intent for acquisition and becoming part of Sarvicus, LLC. The additions of I&S Utilities and GJ Lines further strengthen Sarvicus’ position as a market leader for utility services.

I&S Utilities brings directional boring, excavating, and quality and control services to the Greater Houston Area. Owners, Israel Hernandez and Edwin Alvarez bring 24 years of experience in the utilities industry.

GJ Lines is a Houston based company that focuses on project management and partner relationships. Owner, Lupe Gallegos, has been in the utilities industry for 17 years.
