Efficiency at our Core
Communication and Technology are services that we provide every day to our customers. From telecommunications to camera systems, Sarvicus evaluates our customer needs and provides solutions that help drive value, capabilities, and efficiency.
At Sarvicus, we follow a term “eat your own dog food”. What we mean by the phrase, is that we implement and utilize many of the same technologies that we offer our customers. Recently, Sarvicus has been focusing on driving efficiency into our field teams. We evaluated several areas that had physical paper reports exchanging hands. By overhauling the process with an application called “Sarvicus Reporter”, field teams are now able to generate vehicle inspection reports, safety training, daily reports, and report damage in real time. During the beta period, the application provided better visibility into field activities, removed unnecessary paperwork, removed common reporting issues, and provided a better experience for the field teams.
When we are more efficient internally, we often drive value and better results to our customers.
