New Year.  New Faces!  Sarvicus wants to welcome Fred Koehler aboard.  Fred will be handling Sarvicus’ Traffic Signal projects for the OSP Construction division.  He is a seasoned professional that has managed projects of all sizes throughout the South East Texas area.  Fred’s personality fits right in at Sarvicus.  He has set his goals high and we are very pleased to bring him aboard so we can achieve them together.  Stay tuned as Fred pushes his game plan forward.  Now, a few words from Fred himself.

I started my career in the transportation industry in 2001 at Montgomery County Texas as the first traffic signal technician for the county. Over the next 12 years I worked with a dedicated team of hand picked professionals building the Northstar Regional Transportation system from design to implementation installing 70 miles of fiber optic network interconnecting all of the Counties traffic signals and over 500 CCTV cameras to Northstar.

Formal technical training was obtained at Texas A&M Engineers Extension Service and Lightbrigade. I hold the highest traffic signal technician certification from the International Municipal  Signal Association as well as Traffic Signal and Advanced Technology Inspection Certifications. In 2013 I left the public sector when Commissioner Ed Chance retired and moved into transportation construction. During the last 8 years working with leaders in the industry I have developed a project management philosophy that places the customer on top, by placing the customer first I believe that the company will naturally be provided for. I have experience in not only successfully acquiring multi-million dollar project but carrying the project all the way to a successful completion.
